About Pat Mihevic

After completing her doctorate degree, Pat came to California to pursue an academic career. A series of course corrections led her to a career as a real estate investor.

She learned the basics of real estate financing by structuring the purchases of investment property for her portfolio. As an investor, she specialized in the purchase of real estate in transition as a result of foreclosure, bankruptcy, probate and divorce.

After a few years as a real estate agent, she realized that the aspect of real estate that she most enjoyed was structuring the financing. Pat is recognized as an expert at integrating real estate financing with a client’s total investment plan to optimize cash flow, minimize taxes and minimize interest expense.

Pat has held a California real estate license since 1986. She is currently licensed as a Californa real estate and mortgage broker.

When not working, you can find Pat on her bicycle, exercising or relaxing with a book.
